All our standard
spreadsheets, during the Trial period, are covered under our
Money Back Guarantee.
The Trial period is defined
as from the delivery date until either:
30
days from the date of delivery (the date of delivery
is deemed to be five days from the date of
dispatch), or,
the
date you activate the spreadsheet,
whichever comes first.
By activating a spreadsheet,
you are accepting that you are happy with the
spreadsheet and it ends the Trial period.
If during this time, you are
not happy with any of our standard spreadsheets, just
return the spreadsheet CD along with the packaging to us

We will refund the cost of
the spreadsheet, except for the Post and Packing charges. Please allow
up to 28 days to receive the refund.
