We provide support for all our spreadsheets, whether Standard, Amended Standard or Bespoke, providing our spreadsheets have not been altered by any other than INFOMAC.

Cost of Support

For the First 30 Days (Standard Spreadsheets only).

We offer FREE REMOTE SUPPORT for the first 30 days from the date of delivery (the date of delivery is deemed to be five days from the date of dispatch).

For Amended Standard and Bespoke Spreadsheets and after the first 30 Days for Standard Spreadsheets

Remote Support

Remote Support has to be purchased in advance to the support being given.

Known as Remote Support Credits, they are purchased in 60 minute units and credited to your account with us.

The cost of a Remote Service Credit Unit is:

If purchased at the same time as a spreadsheet	£30.00 + VAT per 60 minutes
If purchased separately	£40.00 + VAT per 60 minutes

As and when you use our Remote Support, we will deduct the number of minutes used from your account with us.

A Remote Service Credit Unit can be used for any of our spreadsheets.

Onsite Support

We can also provide onsite support for Amended Standard and Bespoke spreadsheets.  We charge as follows:

Within 100 miles of our offices (excluding within the M25) minimum of 4 hours per visit	£60.00 + VAT per hour
Over 100 miles of our offices and within the M25 minimum of 7 hours per visit	£70.00 + VAT per hour
Accommodation & Subsistence costs if required	At Cost + VAT
Mileage if over 50 miles from our offices	20p + VAT per mile

Support Availability Times

As we rarely get support calls, we do not have dedicated support and so, at times, may have to arrange with you to call you back at a mutually convenient time.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

My spreadsheet has stopped working.

The spreadsheet probably requires re-activation. 

All our standard spreadsheets require re-activation at the end of the trial period and on a annual basis.  There is NO additional cost for this.

Why do I need to re-activate my spreadsheet?

To help prevent illegal copies being made, each standard spreadsheet has a unique serial number, by having to phone to re-activate, we can check to ensure that only the genuine spreadsheet is re-activated and any illegal copies stop working.

Can I make copies of my spreadsheet?

Each standard spreadsheet has a unique serial number and any copies will not continue to work once a re-activation occurs (once a year).

The spreadsheet licence states that you require a separate licence for each copy of the spreadsheet that you are using with the exception of backup copies.

If you require more copies of your spreadsheet, you need to purchase them from us.  We will then send you these copies, all individually serial numbered.

Will your spreadsheets work on my computer?

All our spreadsheets currently work with Microsoft Excel 2003 and Microsoft Excel 2007, so as long as you have one of these installed on your computer, you should have no problems.
